Returns/Exchanges

 

Pop-Up and Event Stores

Exchange only for items bought at an event pop-up store. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will only be accepted if the item is unworn and in a perfect re-saleable condition. Exchange is not allowed on personalised items.

If the event is over please contact us at kbleisurewear@hotmail.com within 7 days of the event ending. Any exchanges after the event is over are subject to the same conditions as above. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any item for exchange by post at their own expense and also to pay for re-shipping. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.

 

Online Pre-Ordered Items Exchange

Once collected, pre-ordered items can be exchanged at the pop-up store within 7 days of collecting your order. Any exchange is subject to stock availability and will only be accepted if the item:

      • is unworn, 
      • is in perfect re-saleable condition, 
      • has not been personalised before collection,
      • has the original tags attached. 

Exchange is not allowed on any pre-ordered item that has been personalised after collection.

Online Pre-Order or Postal Order Return

If you change your mind about a pre-order or a postal order made online through clrgmerchandise.com you can cancel your order within 14 days of collecting your order at the pop-up store or receiving your order by post. Please contact us at kbleisurewear@hotmail.com to cancel your order. Items covered under this 14 day cooling off period can be returned for a refund provided the item:

      • is unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition,
      • still has the original tags attached,
      • has not been personalised prior to, or after collection,
      • is returned with 14 days of cancelling your order.

All items in the order must be returned including any free items received as part of a promotion or offer.

As all the merchandise on clrgmerchandise.com has been made to order specifically for an event, any returns of pre-ordered items or postal orders accepted for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the items and may take up to 14 days to process.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty please call to our pop-up store at the event or if the event is over contact us at kbleisurewear.com as soon as possible.
